1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • You must request the return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • You must provide a valid proof of purchase (e.g., order ID, invoice, or receipt).


2. Items Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Used or damaged items caused by customer mishandling

  • Health or personal care products that have been opened

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Non-returnable


3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us via support@healthixbd.com or through our Facebook page with your order ID and reason for return.

  2. Our team will guide you through the process and provide the return address.

  3. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item.


4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method (e.g., bKash, Nagad, card).

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


5. Damaged or Wrong Item?

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Send us a photo or video as proof.

  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
