1. Shipping Coverage

We deliver all over Bangladesh, including Dhaka city and remote areas.

2. Delivery Time

• Inside Dhaka: 1–3 business days

• Outside Dhaka: 2–5 business days
  Please note: Delivery times may vary slightly due to courier availability, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

• Inside Dhaka: ৳70

• Outside Dhaka: ৳130
  Shipping charges will be clearly mentioned at checkout before payment.

4. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 24 hours after confirmation.

• Orders placed after 6 PM or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

5. Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via SMS or phone call. Orders will only be processed after confirmation.

6. Delivery Method

We partner with trusted courier services like Pathao, Steadfast, Sundarban Courier, and others to ensure secure and timely deliveries.

7. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a tracking ID via SMS or email (depending on the courier used). You can contact us for help tracking your order.

8. Missed Delivery

If the delivery fails due to unavailability or wrong contact details, our team will attempt to reach you again. Please ensure your phone number and address are accurate.
